Below are some helpful resources to make your experience with us great. You can fill out essential forms ahead of time to make check-in a breeze. Please bring the filled out forms with you the day of your scheduled appointment along with your picture ID and medical insurance cards. At each appointment, visual acuity along with intra-ocular pressure will be checked. Your glasses prescription may be checked too, if you would like us to do it. Please keep in mind that dilation of the pupils is required for a full eye exam. We recommend that you bring a driver with you if your eyes might be dilated. We do offer temporary sunglasses after your exam to help with discomfort from the sunlight after dilation. Your eyes may be dilated for several hours after your exam. Our office speaks both English and Spanish for your convenience.

Do you accept my vision insurance plan?
We do not accept any vision insurance plans. Since Dr. Miranda is a medical provider diagnosing diseases of the eye, we can only file with your medical insurance.
